Hobby Master AD-4 Skyraider VA-195 Dambusters Diecast Model Airplane. This 1:72 scale model replicates the AD-4 Skyraider flown by VA-195 commanding officer Harold "Swede" Carlson when he led the "Tigers" on the only aerial torpedo attack of the Korean War. This was the successful May 1, 1951 torpedo attack on the heavily defended, 250-foot-tall Hwachon Dam, an action that earned the group a new nickname, the "Dambusters". Model features engraved panel lines, a detailed cockpit with an optional position canopy and a removable pilot figure, a removable Mark 13 torpedo, optional position landing gear, a rotating propeller, an arresting hook, and authentic VA-195 markings that include the squadron's tiger and parrot insignia, and a display stand.
