Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

United States:
We will ship your order within one week or less of order completion and received payment. Most orders ship within one week or less, but depending on which warehouse your item ships from, delivery may take up to ten days. When possible, we will ship your order directly from the manufacturer. Orders are subject to credit card approval and product availability. If we or our distributors are out of stock on an item, we will contact you via e-mail.

Please e-mail us if you have any questions about your delivery date. We will work with you to meet your needs.

We ship via ground service using FedEx, UPS, and USPS Priority Mail for domestic orders in the Continental United States. Magellan Models reserves the right to choose the appropriate shipping method and/or shipping carrier for your order. We offer easy to understand shipping charges that can be calculated on the "Add to Cart" page.

International Orders:

International Checkout

Magellan Models has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for international customers. International Checkout will coordinate your MagellanModels.com order and is responsible for all billing, shipping, and customer service issues related to your international order. At checkout, please select the International Checkout button to complete your order. **Please note that returns and/or refunds are not available with international orders. Also, some items are not available for international shipment.

Please note that Magellan Models is not responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or any required charges associated with an international order or shipment. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and/or order shipment recipient.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates - Lower 48 States

$8.95 FLAT-RATE Ground Shipping within the Continental U.S. for your first item.

$4.95 for each additional item.

Some Restrictions Apply: Flat-Rate Shipping offer does not apply to Authentic Models, Large Scale Items, 1:12 Scale Cars, Bulk Orders, or Heavy/Oversized items.

Oversize Shipping: Shipping rates for large scale items will have an additional shipping surcharge. Oversize and heavy items may require dimensional weight shipping calculations, and a shipping surcharge may apply.

Bulk Orders: Please call 800.647.0771 for shipping charges on bulk orders.

Shipping information and shipping fees will be displayed in your shopping cart along with other pricing information associated with your order.

Please contact us for shipping information to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Shipments to addresses outside of the Continental USA will require additional charges.

Georgia residents:
The State of Georgia requires that we charge sales tax for orders shipped to Georgia residents. Sales tax information will be displayed in your shopping cart at a 7% tax rate along with other pricing information associated with your order.

Tracking Your Shipment/Order

We will notify you via e-mail when your order is processed and shipped. This e-mail will provide you with the shipping provider and tracking number for your package.

RETURNS POLICY

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

All orders are packaged carefully to ensure each order ships in excellent condition. Use care when removing your order from its packaging. We accept returns for items that are damaged or wrong item shipped only after receiving prior notification. Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us at sales@magellanmodels.com or call 800.647.0771 within SEVEN business days if there is a problem. We will not be able to make any exchanges or refunds for damaged items or wrong item shipped after this time. A Return Authorization Number is required prior to processing the return. You must contact us for the Return Authorization Number.

We will be happy to exchange your item if it was damaged or wrong item shipped. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If we are unable to exchange your item, a full refund will be issued.

Items purchased with a credit card will receive a refund to your credit card upon return delivery of the item to Magellan Models.

Any damaged item or wrong item shipped will receive return authorization via email from Magellan Models. You will receive a prepaid return shipping label for the damaged item or wrong item shipped mailed to you. Any return must be in its original packaging. Only items listed on the return authorization form are authorized for return. Magellan Models will cover shipping costs for damaged items and wrong item shipped back to our company.

Can I return undamaged products?

Yes. We offer a worry-free return policy within 30 days of receipt of your order for a refund or exchange if you are not completely satisfied. Please notify us at sales@magellanmodels.com or call 1.800.647.0771 to make arrangements for your return.

Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs for undamaged/unwanted product returns to Magellan Models. The product must be in its original packaging and in unopened and resalable condition.

Restocking Fee: Magellan Models does not charge a restocking fee for most returns. Some items returned directly to the manufacturer may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will refund your credit card minus the original or actual shipping costs. If your order qualified for Free Shipping, the full shipping expense will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are NOT refundable. Please note that some credit card companies may take up to 3 business days to credit your credit card.

Returns will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from Magellan Models. You must contact us regarding any return for a Return Authorization Number. If you return any item without authorization, your refund may be delayed or refused. Returns must be shipped to the following address:
