PAYMENT

We accept payments through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal or Money Order. When ordering, please be sure to provide your exact billing name and address: this is the name and address listed on your credit card statement which your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. All prices are in U.S. Dollars.

Payments made by Money Order must be received within one week of order completion. When ordering by Money Order through our normal checkout, complete the required checkout information and select Money Order as a payment option. Print the confirmation page, attach your Money Order for the required amount, and mail to Magellan Models. We will process your order upon receipt.

Magellan Models reserves the right to change any and all content, including prices on this Site, at any time without notice. Some descriptive, typographic or photographed errors may occur and are subject to correction. Magellan Models reserves the right to limit quantities ordered.

In-Stock Merchandise: Customers who place orders for in-stock merchandise on the Magellan Models web-site should expect their credit card to be charged within 48 hours of placing their order.

Pre-Order Merchandise: Pre-Ordered merchandise has not arrived in our warehouse and is usually still in production by the manufacturer. Pre-Order release dates are subject to change as manufacturers may change release dates without notice. Customers can pre-order merchandise by using a credit card during checkout. Magellan Models Pre-Order Policy states that the customer's credit card will NOT be charged until the pre-ordered item is available for shipment.

We use a secure online payment processing system designed by PayPal for your piece of mind.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift Certificates must be redeemed online at www.magellanmodels.com or by phone at 1-800-647-0771. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's Gift Certificate account when redeemed. If an order exceeds the amount of the Gift Certificate, the balance must be paid with a credit card. Gift Certificates cannot be resold or redeemed for cash. No service fees are charged when using a Gift Certificate. Unused Gift Certificate balances cannot be transferred and must be used toward purchases at www.magellanmodels.com. Magellan Models, LLC does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen Gift Certificates.

SECURITY

SSL certificates are used to provide secure, encrypted transactions between Web browsers and websites, authenticating our identity to our customers, while giving you the confidence to send credit card and other personal information to our server.

SHIPPING

United States:
We will ship your order within one week of order completion and received payment. Most orders ship within one week or less, but depending on which warehouse your item ships from, delivery can take up to two weeks. Orders are subject to credit card approval and product availability. If we or our distributors are out of stock on an item, we will contact you via e-mail.

Please e-mail us if you have any questions about your delivery date. We will work with you to meet your needs.

We ship via ground service using UPS, FedEx, and USPS Priority Mail for domestic orders in the Continental United States. We offer easy to understand, flat-rate shipping charges based on your Order Subtotal.

Shipping information and flat rate shipping fees will be displayed in your shopping cart along with other pricing information associated with your order.

Oversize Shipping: Oversize and heavy items may require additional shipping charges. Oversize shipping charges are added to the regular shipping charge. Please call 1-800-647-0771 for shipping charges on bulk orders.

Please contact us for shipping information to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Shipments to addresses outside of the Continental USA will require additional charges.

Georgia residents:
The State of Georgia requires that we charge sales tax for orders shipped to Georgia residents. Sales tax information will be displayed in your shopping cart at a 7% tax rate along with other pricing information associated with your order.

International:
Magellan Models ships to Canada, and most European countries. Flat-rate shipping charges are calculated on our website. Please add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and then click "calculate." We can only ship to the countries shown in the check-out screens on our website. We cannot accept orders for shipping to any country not listed. We always declare the full value of all packages we ship overseas. USPS Priority International Mail is our preferred international shipping method. After shipping confirmation, please allow 6 - 10 business days for delivery to your country. Depending on customs regulations in your country, actual delivery may take longer.

Note: Any Customs Duties/Taxes/Tariffs levied by the customer's country are the customer's responsibility to pay.

RETURNS POLICY

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

All orders are packaged carefully to ensure each order ships in excellent condition. Use care when removing your order from its packaging. We accept returns for items that are damaged or wrong item shipped only after receiving prior notification. Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us at sales@magellanmodels.com or call 800.647.0771 within SEVEN business days if there is a problem. We will not be able to make any exchanges or refunds for damaged items or wrong item shipped after this time.

We will be happy to exchange your item if it was damaged or wrong item shipped. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If we are unable to exchange your item, a full refund will be issued.

Items purchased with a credit card will receive a refund to your credit card upon return delivery of the item to Magellan Models.

Any damaged item or wrong item shipped will receive return authorization via email from Magellan Models. You will receive a prepaid return shipping label for the damaged item or wrong item shipped mailed to you. Any return must be in its original packaging. Only items listed on the return authorization form are authorized for return. Magellan Models will cover shipping costs for damaged items and wrong item shipped back to our company.

Can I return undamaged products?

Yes. We offer a worry-free return policy within 30 days of receipt of your order for a full refund or exchange if you are not completely satisfied. Please notify us at sales@magellanmodels.com or call 800.647.0771 to make arrangements for your return.

Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs for product returns to Magellan Models. The product must be in its original packaging and in saleable condition.

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will refund your credit card minus the original shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. If your order qualified for Free Shipping, the full shipping expense will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are NOT refundable.

This Agreement may be terminated by either party without notice at any time for any reason. The provisions of paragraphs 1 (Copyright, Licenses and Idea Submissions), 2 (Use of the Service), 3 (Indemnification), 4 (Third Party Rights) and 6 (Miscellaneous) shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
6. Miscellaneous.
This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America applicable to agreements made and to be performed in The United States of America. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Magellan Models and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in The United States of America. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. Magellan Models failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. Magellan Models may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
